End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using this application (“Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on compatible devices running macOS or Windows, solely for your internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Software
  Use the Software for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• Unauthorized Sharing
  Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise share the Software or any part of it with third parties without prior written consent.
  Provide access credentials, license keys, or activation codes to anyone other than authorized users.
• Reverse Engineering or Modification
  Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software without explicit written permission.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the developer. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. These terms apply to all such updates unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
